Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the website https://www.cmesrobotics.ai (the “Site”) operated by CMES Inc. (“CMES”). This Site is provided for informational purposes only. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Restrictions on Use
1. CMES grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the information and materials posted on the Site—including text, images, audio, video, graphics, software, code, and links (collectively, the “Materials”).

2. Users must comply with all of the following conditions:
1) Materials may be viewed or downloaded solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2) All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices included in downloaded Materials must be retained.
3) Materials may not be modified, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted, or used to create derivative works, nor used for any commercial or public purpose.
4) Materials may not be transferred to any third party without CMES’s prior written consent.


2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights—including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and patents—related to the Site and the Materials belong to CMES or the respective rights holders, and are protected under the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea and applicable international treaties. No rights are granted to users other than those expressly permitted in these Terms.


3. External Links
1. The Site may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience.
2. CMES does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the reliability, accuracy, or content of external websites, nor for any losses or damages arising from their use. Users should review the terms of use of each external site.


4. Linking to the Site
1. Users may not create links to the Site without CMES’s prior written consent, except for links that meet all of the following conditions:
1) The link is a text-based link that includes only the name “CMES”.
2) The link directs users solely to the CMES homepage (www.cmesrobotics.ai).
3) The Site is displayed in full in a new browser window.
4) The link does not misrepresent CMES, imply false affiliation, or harm CMES’s reputation.
2. CMES may revoke permission to link at any time. Upon notification, users must immediately remove the link and cease using CMES trademarks.


5. Provision of User Information
1. Personal information provided through the Site will be collected, used, managed, and protected in accordance with CMES’s Privacy Policy, as described below:
1) Collection of Personal Information: Personal information is collected when users submit inquiries through the Site.
2) Use of Personal Information: Collected information is used for handling user inquiries, providing products or services, and—where optional consent is given—marketing and advertising purposes. It will not be provided to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the user.
3) Management of Personal Information: Personal information will be destroyed once the purpose of collection is fulfilled. If a user requests correction or deletion, CMES will not use or disclose the information until the request is completed.
4) Protection of Personal Information: CMES implements technical, administrative, and physical safeguards as required under Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
2. Users must not submit confidential information, trade secrets, or proprietary materials that CMES has not requested. Any information voluntarily provided will not be treated as confidential, and CMES may use it without restriction. Users may not post or submit defamatory, obscene, threatening, unlawful, or rights-infringing content through the Site.


6. Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection
Email addresses posted on the Site may not be collected using automated programs or other technical devices. Unauthorized collection is subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.


7. Compliance With Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and the country from which they access or use the Site. CMES bears no responsibility for any legal violations committed by users.


8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
CMES makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Materials on the Site. CMES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Materials. CMES is also not responsible for any damages resulting from the modification, suspension, or deletion of the Site or its content.

9. Changes to the Terms
CMES may modify, add, or delete any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms become effective upon posting on the Site. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the latest Terms.


10. Changes or Termination of Site Use
CMES may change, suspend, or terminate some or all services on the Site at its discretion and without notice. CMES shall not be liable to users or third parties for any consequences arising from such actions.


11. Laws in the User’s Country
You are responsible for complying with the laws of all countries, including the Republic of Korea, your country of residence, and the country of service. CMES does not assume liability for any such breaches.
